TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking any design service with us, you agree to the following terms:• Revisions: Each service and package includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional changes beyond this are billed at an hourly rate or per revision.• Ownership: All designs remain the property of Monark Design Lab until full payment is received. Previewed materials may include watermarks or flattened files for security.• Timelines: Project timelines vary depending on scope. Turnaround time begins after the deposit is received and all required content (e.g. wording, images, brief) is supplied.• Communication: Clear, prompt communication helps us deliver the best work possible. Delays in responding or providing feedback may affect your timeline.• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, any hours worked will be deducted from the deposit amount.⸻💳 Payment TermsTo keep things clear, fair, and professional:• A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin any design work.• The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of your designs and before any final files or editable assets are released.• Larger projects may be split into milestone-based payments, with each stage approved before moving to the next.• All payments are to be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods as agreed upon at project start.• Payment reminders will be sent prior to final file release or launch.⸻🖨️ Printing & Production PolicyWe currently offer design-only services. This means:• Printing is not included in your package price unless discussed and quoted separately.• If you need physical printing for business cards, flyers, menus, or signage, we can:• Connect you with a trusted local or online printer• Or coordinate printing on your behalf, with an added handling/admin fee• All print-ready files provided to you are fully compatible with most professional printers.• Clients are responsible for final proofing prior to print. We recommend checking all phone numbers, addresses, and spelling thoroughly.⸻🔐 File Previews & AccessTo maintain the integrity and security of your project:• You will receive a Figma preview link to view your work in real-time.• This link is view-only. You can see updates and leave comments, but cannot download or copy files.• Final editable files (AI, PDF, PSD, etc.) are delivered only after final payment is received.
